Dear blogosphere,
Christine2 and I are planning a bridal shower for our friend, Ally (Ally, if you’re reading this, stop). We need to think of good, not cheesy, games. Any ideas? What’s the best game you ever played at a bridal shower? If you’ve never been to a bridal shower, what would you assume would be the best game to play?
Bonus points if you can incorporate her love for vegetables, cereal, or the outdoors.
Many thanks,
Christine1
Spud guns.
one point granted for use of vegetables.
I just stumbled on this site and I thought I would give my two cents:
You could have attendees make the best tiara with the cereals of your choice (and paperplates)…see who’s turns out the best! Have fun!
I always liked any getting to know you game.”who knows the bride best” or make a list of question about the groom and have him answer them then everyone guesses how many answers the bride will get right and then have the bride answer them and whoever was closest wins.
i will not get any bonus points for this, but a good way to keep people entertained during present opening is gift bingo. everyone fills out a bingo card of what they think the bride will get and then if they get a bingo they win!
It’s probably too late for my suggestions, but here goes:
-Pin the tail on the wedding couple (or maybe just the groom–but not just the bride because that’s offensive)
-Food fight (if you want to make it a game, you can award points for body parts hit and items in the room broken)
-Squirrel tag
i’ve never played an entertaining bridal shower game…but i do enjoy the gift bingo…
